I too tried the key in Flora of China and that comfortably took me to
*Euphorbia
bifida. *The only character that was not sure about was that whether the
capsule glabrous or pubescent. The capsule in the picture seem to be
immature. When I tried with the capsule pubescent, it took me to one known
species (E. hirta) and the other species (E. indica) has strikingly
different character (stem uniformly white puberulent).
Hence I too think that this would be *Euphorbia bifida.*
