Hi.
This really tricky one to choose from two species Usha di and Ajinkya Ji
has suggested.
Sadly no cones are visible in the picture. But, I feel this tree is *Araucaria
heterophylla*
*(Norfolk Island Pine), quite a common *introduced* tree in North America
and I got*
*a *chance* to see a bunch of them in my university and this tree surely
matches the*
*morphology.*
