Dear Garg Sir, I am not sure if the plant posted in the efI link you've pasted in this thread is a succulent one. So, the link, https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/r/rubiaceae/oldenlandia/oldenlandia-biflora, doesn't help me.
According to the Bengal Plants *O. paniculata* L. is a diffuse or erect succulent weed. Dr. Prain equates it with *O. alata* of Flora Indica. *O. alata* is erect, four sided, leaves opposite, sub-sessile, elliptic, smooth, panicles terminal, corol campanulate......
