Hello, The above one is *Commelina benghalensis *Linn. Sp. Pl. 41.1753. I m quite sure bcoz of ovate to lanceolate leaves. It seems to be scabrous leaves.
on the other hand *Commelina diffusa * possesses ovate-lanceolate to elliptic lanceolate leaves and both surface glabrous.
