The plant posted by you might be a variety called *Tarenna asiatica* (L.)
Kuntze ex K. Schum. var. *montana* (Thw.) Raju
Found only in Evergreen forests of high altitudes.

Also this might be possible: *Tarenna asiatica* (L.) Kuntze ex K. Schum.
var. *asiatica* forma *rigida* (Wight) Raju
