Many thanks everyone for the identification of this Lemon-verbena plant.
This plant is useful as a lemon flavour in Tea, fish etc.

This can be narrowed down to *Aloysia triphylla* (L'Herit.) Britton of
Verbenaceae. Native of Brazil and Argentina.
Common name: Lemon beebush
