Dear Gargji,
It is very essential that everyone in the eflora group creates his/
her profile, so that everyone gets to know who is who.   I think it is
better if you make it  compulsory for everyone to  provide the
personal photograph and the bio-brief to be a new member or to retain
the existing membership.
