*Remusatia vivipara* of Araceae family, for sure.

The inflorescence like shoots are the bulbiferous shoots, that bears bulbils
which are capable of producing new plants asexually (please correlate the
species name "*vivipara*" here)!

I do have pictures of flowers in my backup DVD's. I shall upload the same
after 15th.
