Given the fact that not many Arisaema species grow in N Maharastra combined with the shape of the fruit it might possibly be the fruit of Arisaema murrayi. But without additional information it is more a "questimate" than a certain identification. Maybe Dr. Milind Sardesai has observed this species in the Nasik area during flowering?
