On my desktop I see two different taxa posted separately. Upper green
flowers are

Peristylus elisabethae (Duthie) R.K.Gupta, Fl. Nainital.: 351 (1968).

Syn:
Habenaria elisabethae Duthie, J. Asiat. Soc. Bengal, Pt. 2, Nat. Hist.
71: 44 (1902).
Herminium elisabethae (Duthie) Tang & F.T.Wang, Bull. Fan Mem. Inst.
Biol. 7: 129 (1936).

Distributed in China, Tibet, India, Nepal and Eastern Himalaya.

Spiranthes sinensis (Pers.) Ames, Orchidaceae 2: 53 (1908).

Syn:
Neottia sinensis Pers., Syn. Pl. 2: 511 (1807).
Gyrostachys australis var. sinensis (Pers.) Blume, Fl. Javae Nov.
Ser.: 108 (1859).
Spiranthes australis var. sinensis (Pers.) Gagnep. in H.Lecomte, Fl.
Indo-Chine 6: 546 (1933).

This is a widely distributed plant from Eastern European, Russia to
South West Pacific
