Dear Mr. Garg, I guessed it to be Desmodium concinnum <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/a---l/f/fabaceae/desmodium/desmodium-concinnum> but I am confused now. Plant is not tall, hardly 15/20 cm.
