We had quite a few trips together in Himalayas especially Morni in April, 2011; Chakrata in September 211, ; Nainital Kasauni and Almora in April 2012; Chopta, Tungnath June, 2013, Churdhar, May 2015 in which Nidhan Ji was constant companion, joined at some trips by Smita ji, Anil ji, Virdi ji (our Zoology friend frm Delhi), Promila ji and others. It has always been a pleasure to see enthusiasm, knowledge and drive to explore more in Balkar ji. Only few days back we were discussing about future places of visit. He has been a true asset for the group, along with Nidhan ji.
