You seem to be correct Mr. Garg but I could not find it its listing in the
ACFPoN and
latest book from DPR.  All aspects looks closer to Flemingia macrophylla
(Willd.) Kuntze ex Merr.
but this plant is very small compared to it and lot of hairs on buds and
leaf also thick  and deep veins.

I am still confused between these two.
