After posting earlier today cvs rdiff command, which outputs the list of
files on the server without checking the module out, I played with the
command a little bit more and got it to print version numbers in addition to
the file list.
The output looks like that:
% cvsls HEAD admin tools
cvs

Through a cron job I am executing a file which should retrive information
from cvs server and build it. When I executed from the prompt I got
everything worked , but through cron job I am getting an error message
saying "cvs not found"

Perhaps this has something to do with cron and your tty settings. We run
all Crons through Tcl/Expect.
