"Logging in" just associates a password with a CVSROOT specification, it

I try to commit a file after checkout but commit fails with the following
message
'cvs [commit aborted]: your apparent username (Administrator) is unknown to
this system'
Did I forgot to set something?

For wincvs to run I do not think python is required on client as well as
server. Niether of them need Python.
