Hi,
Iam a new face to cvs and would like to know if there is option where I can lock
a tag.
The scenario goes like this
When I create a tag, I add files on to it. At a later point of time I can add
more files on to the
tag. But I would not like others to tamper with my tag .. That is to say .

historical reasons, I'd like to read the code and see how the developers originally
envisioned their needs.
