Hey guys,
these are the steps I've taken so far to run pserser in cvs 1.11.18 (redhat 9);
however, I always get the message:
cvs [login aborted]: connect to ##address##(##address##):2401 failed:
Connection refused
1. created $CVSROOT and exported it. repository is set to /cvs
