Not sure if this applies, but we received similar problem in 2.0.16 with qmail until we modified lmtp.c to replace all instances of smbuf[2] = "<>"; with something like smbuf[2] = "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"; qmail's sendmail replacement really did not like the <> as a "From" address. Hope this
