Hi,
on redhat EL you cannot use the installed packeage, because of no LDAP
support. Get the sources an compile with otion --with-ldap

hi all,
i've newly built/installed:
exim-4.43
cyrus-imap-2.28
cyrus-sasl-2.1.19
on OSX 10.3.5
plus, i've been moving to MySQL support for vitrual domanis using VExim ...
so, at this point, exim seems to run fine, responding to send-tests, etc. as expected.
when testing
Due to benevolent university, I am about to build a cyrus-imap server on
Redhat Enterprise Linux 3 revision 3. Does anyone have any suggestions
or gottchas that I should look for. Plan is to use this server to in
addition to serving email on its own, collect email from various other
accounts
