and have some e-mail addresses containing a dot in
their address (for example:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]). So for that I have
activated unixhierarchysep to on but since then I
always get the error message from LMTP (verify_user)

I'd like to allow plaintext passwords only for connections to localhost,

A simple workaround is to specify two services, bind them to the
different interfaces.

I had to grant myself ALL on a user's mailbox tree to perform some
