It is with deep regret that I have to inform you of the immediate

P.S. All links to cyrusoft [ e.g. http://www.cyrusoft.com/sieve ] are no
longer valid/serviced.
This is rather old news I think and the software links appear to work

l from the UW
distro. It will do everything the "correct" way, which is via IMAP, not via
the filesystem and will also maintain flags.
We did it this way for about 20K users across 2 boxes.

rname is done.
# sieveshell --authname=username hostname
maps the username-sasl id to the appropriate DN, after the ldapdb-Proxyauth,
and I could use sieveshell for "username".
Actual "username" should be in "--user=", not in "--authname="?

I'm not objecting to a limit in line length but it would be useful if the
error message was relevant.

Cyru
wrap ssl around the plain
call, but it would be nice if the server would support it directly.
There are patches in the cvs which I applied to the 1.7b source. It works
although if you run it through inetd, processes don't seem to die
correctly.

Is it a coincidence that the last MD imspd also fails with PLAIN as well
used, imspd allows an attacker
to try an fresh password immediately.
