I am trying to use CRAM-MD5 for password authentication. The passwords are in ldap. But the cyrus document here https://cyrusimap.org/docs/cyrus-sasl/2.1.23/sysadmin.php says that I cannot use saslauthd with CRAM-MD5 or DIGEST-MD5 Then how do I configure my imap server to use CRAM-MD5
