Nic, The doc/install-http.html file hopefully should tell you everything you need to know. If not, let me know. The server will automatically create a Default calendar and addressbook, for dumb clients like Lightning that can't create their own. Otherwise, an admin can create additional

We are please to announce the release of Cyrus IMAP with integrated calendaring and contacts for beta testing. This code is based on the stable Cyrus 2.4.17 release with support for CalDAV, CardDAV and RSS added. All of the standard Cyrus IMAP daemons and utilities should be considered
