we set up replication with cyrus from cvs and found out that
the commit from last Sunday broke Quota support
(http://lists.andrew.cmu.edu/pipermail/cyrus-cvs/2007-June/000570.html).
Reading/setting quota for users with existing quota still works but
setting a quota for a new user fails with
