Cyrus vacation notice

We’ve got an email system based around Cyrus etc.  The ‘Out of Office’ or Vacation facility doesn’t seem to be working reliably.  From what I can test, it seems that if a user on the LAN sends to another internal email user who has set a Vacation message, then they will receive notification

Hi, I have a problem using unexpunge. It works as expected recovering INBOX messages, but if I delete an entire folder, I can't see it on 'unexpunge -l user/uid@domain'. I also tried 'unexpunge -l user/uid/folder@domain', where folder is the folder deleted that I want unexpunge. Same

However, when I send to a user with a set vacation message using an external email system (eg Hotmail) then it?s a bit hit and miss as to whether an out of office message gets delivered to the sender. Check this by looking at your syslog or maillog, for an outgoing message from to the

Hi I'm trying to set up a cyrus murder set of boxes on 2.3.16 to eventually replace our single creaking dovecot server, and am currently failing to get a working configuration. My current intention is to have switch-101 (frontend + murder master) switch-102 (frontend) store-101 (backend)
