adds a new domain to dns and proxies.
It's pretty simple, it would be easy to back out.
Should need just merging this and then running dns and proxies
playbooks.

+1 to that, it would be very useful to the folks developing apps as
well, as we all know that no bug ever shows up when we deploy
something to production.
