Just letting folks know that the Gerrit instance fell over just a little
bit ago. Our operations team was aware of it within ~1 minute of it
failing and is working on getting it back online. We're thinking the
underlying host system has a failure of some type and are making sure
Ten minutes is pretty good! Thanks.
