Background: ----------- The Vectors team is printing a hanging banner for Inkscape to be displayed at technical conferences such as SCALE. Ryan Gorley has taken the lead on getting it designed and printed. Similarly designed banners will be created for other open source projects including GIMP, and perhaps Darktable, Krita, Kdenlive, etc. Previews of the final design can be seen here: https://gitlab.com/inkscape/vectors/general/issues/29#note_61420053 The cost estimate includes funding for the printing itself, the hardware to hang it, and packaging as needed.
