The idea of a 'magnetic vortex' has some merit. Do you recall the
'Philadelphia Experiment'? This is where the American Military, in 1942,
attempted to cause a battleship to 'dissappear', using several huge
electromagnets, and spinning radio (A. M. ) waves. While there were no
claims of free energy, there were some interesting anomolies reported.
(exact info is scarce). I suggest you look into this. I believe some good
'survivor' interviews are at the COAST TO COAST web site. Also, (I think)
you might put the vortex machine within a much bigger magnetic field, to
give it an 'atmosphere' in which to operate. A tornado does not exist on its
own, but exists in an 'atmosphere', that has much influence over it. Cool
