Apple does not allow third party in-app purchase mechanisms on the macOS and iOS App Stores, and the only way to distribute iOS applications is via the App Store. So you're out of luck for iOS, but you can certainly do this for macOS and desktop Windows. Beware that the Windows 10 app store may
