I found that these are the requirements for porting Qt for Integrity.

This is just my understanding.

Please let me know how the structure will be if I am wrong.

Start by upgrading to 5.7 or 5.8. Green Hills is supporting Qt in those 
versions, but I am not sure the support is complete.

Hi,

Full support for INTEGRITY is still with Qt 4.8 version. There is work ongoing 
by Rolland and others to bring new versions of Qt to support INTEGRITY and 
basics work already. Rather than using Qt 5.5.1, perhaps try 5.8 and help to 
complete the port?
