I also note that the good part of the OID (after the
1.3.6.1.4.1.77.1.2.3.1.1)
contains the service name as the ASCII codes for the name. In your example,
1.3.6.1.4.1.77.1.2.3.1.1.6.83.101.114.118.101.114,
you have a length byte (6) and the characters Server.
