[PHP-DEV] spam on user notes

hi internals, User contribution notes are flooded by spam. For example, http://php.net/manual/en/install.problems.bugs.php#122116 The tool on master.php.net can only remove/reject the notes one by one, which is inefficient in this case. I'm wondering if there is a way can remove notes by email
