Hi internals, In PHP 8.2.0, Bob Weinand found some critical bugs that are uncommon in artificial code, but are very likely to happen in a real world use case.

Therefore, we decided to introduce another release candidate for 8.2.0, RC7 and to slightly change the schedule for subsequent releases.
