*Interview mode: Phone then SkypeJob Description: *We seek a Systems Analyst for our client's PeopleSoft team to provide system analyst and design services based on the labor skillsets described below. This project will focus on the support and implementation of a cost and budgeting system. Deliverable: *Develops high-level design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to the project(s) assigned and assists in post implementation support for projects involving User Experience / PeopleSoft Custom Modules / Reporting for PeopleSoft Based Applications and *Responsible for the design and development of IT solutions based on business requirements documents. *Assists business analysts by clarifying requirements during requirements development Scope: *Must possess technical experience analyzing and designing computer systems. *Possess knowledge of current storage and retrieval methods and demonstrated ability to formulate and develop specifications and requirements for computer programmers to use in coding, testing, and debugging computer programs. *Provides technical direction for personnel performing system and software development tasks including the review of products for quality. *Coordinates with Delivery Manager to ensure problem solution and customer satisfaction. *Makes recommendations for approval of major computer system installations. *Prepare milestone status reports and presentations on system concepts. Provides daily supervision to supporting analysts and technicians as needed to support the cost and budgeting system rewrite effort. Skillset required: *8 years IT experience including work with UML (Use Case, Activity, State Chart, and Class Diagram) and ERD *3-5 years of experience as a Techno/Functional analyst working with PeopleSoft systems with an in-depth knowledge of PS Financial modules. *3-5 years of experience with PeopleSoft development technologies - (PeopleCode, Application Designer, Component Interface, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker and XML Publisher) used to technically design, develop and test interfaces and conversions modifications. *Experience and knowledge of integration points to and from PeopleSoft Finance System. *Experience interacting with business users, ability to collect requirements, create business requirements documents and functional specification documents for system improvements *Experience working closely with technical teams to translate functional specifications into technical solutions *Experience in writing SQL queries, data analysis and validation *Experience using Requisite Pro, RUP, and Scrum.
