*Desired Skills and Experience:*

·         The candidate should have at least 10 years of professional
experience in the P&C insurance space or in a top-tier consulting firm,
with a well-rounded understanding of the insurance agency management
capabilities, core operations and processes, industry trends, best
practices and regulatory/compliance issues

·         Candidate should have demonstrated exceptional understanding of
P&C Insurance independent agency solutions (including technology solutions
evaluation & deployment, agency platform selection, agency operations as
well as solution definition & change management

·         A good understanding of program and project processes, with
experience in large transformation projects

·         Experience at any level in a top-tier consulting firm would be
well regarded. Excellent problem solving, communication, and client
management skills are essential.

·         This role requires strong leadership skills and demonstrated
capabilities of being a thought leader.

·         Candidates must have a proven record of building and maintaining
long-term relationships at senior levels. They must be comfortable
presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology
leaders, and must be persuasive and influential.

·         Should be able to conceptualize, analyze, create blueprint for
business transformations and present solutions in the insurance domain.

·         Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management
skills

·         Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to
communicate at all levels across a client’s organizational structure

·         Ability to lead and influence clients; ability to facilitate
joint design sessions with clients; ability to develop and deliver formal
and informal training to clients

·         Ability to identify, understand, and analyze complex customer
problems; ability translate customer needs into requirements and detailed
designs and ultimately solve problems

·         Ability to complete process modeling and analysis activities as
well quality and statistical analysis

·         Ability to develop strategic plans, tactics, and operational
plans as it pertains to content organization and management

·         Ability to adapt to various client environments, corporate
cultures, and industries

·         Requires solid functional and technical knowledge of enterprise
software applications and SDLC methodologies

·         Must be able to engage in technical discussions with clients and
internal team about project requirements
