Role initially 3-6 months, Travel to Aberdeen next year (January time) to understand how services are running there from a training and learning perspective. Essential Demonstrate strong application & service management experience, in a multi-time zone distributed context, including offshoring Must have practical ITIL successful experience Must have a track record of successfully delivering IT support service Ability to create excellent working relationships with the Chili Program me teams, and across BP and key suppliers Good supplier management skills Awareness of business and IT&S strategies Excellent influencing capabilities Strong process skills ITIL Foundation Certification / ITIL intermediate level certification(s).
