You will - be part of building a devops platform for our services by defining deployment, monitoring and - troubleshooting tools as well as ensuring our services are functioning with high SLAs. This role - rovides the opportunity to build relationships with key partners and evangelize our service - platform to the larger developer community. *As our DevOps Engineer:* - Be available to provide 24x7 support - Lead the troubleshooting exercise when issues are observed in the field - Provide ideas to restore service as fast as possible to minimize service outage, or subscriber - Work with development team to implement final resolution - Provide feedback to engineering team to create operational improvements to the product - Work on creating system utilities that can help in troubleshooting - Work on creating utilities that can proactively detect issues before they are seen in the field *RESPONSIBILITIES:* - BS in Computer Science or equivalent. - Relevant industry experience (7+ years) - Analytical mind.
