*Position:: Informatica Developer * *Location:: Des Moines, IA* *Duration:: 6+ months* *Note:- F2F required.* *VISA copy required for submission* *Essential Functions & Responsibilities:* · Functions as a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing and debugging ETL to create a seamless data flow. · Supports overall strategy for UnityPoint technology solutions as it relates to database and data warehouse development. · Understands and evaluates business requirements and translates them into specific technology solutions. · Recommends innovative solutions that support business transformation through technology. · Contributes to technical design sessions with data warehouse teams to produce detailed design specifications to ensure that architecture standards are followed. · Ability to excel in the rapidly evolving health care industry and data warehouse field. · Design, develop, test and implement data warehouse systems for BI reporting and analysis. · Validate existing data warehouse for data integrity, quality and accuracy · Providing technical and architectural support for data warehouse solutions. · Performs quality assurance and change control functions on changes moving to production. · Works incident tickets including problem isolation, analysis, root cause and solution implementation. · Provides status reports on a regular basis for assigned active projects and tasks. · Sets a professional example in terms of conduct, dress, positive attitude, attendance, etc. · Assures compliance with federal, state, and local laws or regulations. Effectively prepares and complies with voluntary accreditation as accepted by the healthcare organizations we serve. · Works collaboratively with other members to ensure optimal data warehouse functionality. · Provides timely and accurate technical operational support documentation as assigned. · Maintain regular and consistent attendance at work. · Adhere to all UnityPoint Health Personnel policies and procedures and Safety guidelines. · Behave in a manner consistent with all Corporate Compliance policies and procedures. · Perform other duties as assigned. *Qualifications/Experience: * · Requires a high level of analytical and creative skills, along with an in-depth knowledge of database development and ETL. · Experience working with the following technologies/methodologies: · 3+ years of ETL development · Advanced T-SQL knowledge · SQL Server Integration Services preferred · SQL Server Analysis Services preferred · SQL Server Reporting Services preferred · Familiarity with common business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, etc. · Experience supporting customers in a medium to large business environment. · Effective interpersonal skills. · Knowledge of healthcare industry systems preferred. · Ability to understand and deal effectively with problems and opportunities, which arise, in a complex multiprocessing environment is crucial. · Possesses excellent written and verbal communications. · Ability to work as a team member, creating and maintaining effective working relationships. · Ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies and procedures. *Jyoti Budhwar* United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
