Marketing and *sales* of *Bench* consultants with Tier one vendors, Implementation partners. Searching the requirements in Job boards like Dice, Monster, Career builder etc. according to skills of *Bench* candidates. Candidates who are in US IT staffing with minimum of 1-2 years prove H1B/OPT *Sales* experience in a corporate environment. Work with Preferred Vendors, Tier 1 and Implementing Partners. Sending Hot-list to vendors daily Maintain Database to work closely with the tier one vendors / Clients. Build Database using job portals like Dice and Monster. Posting Hot-list to Google Groups daily Following up with vendors after submissions & getting work order and contracts.
