*QA Test Manager* Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6 to 12 month Client: Commonwealth of MA Interview: Face to Face • The individual will perform quality assurance tasks to ensure the integrity of APCD (All Payer Claims Database) data as its transformed from normalized transaction-level data to de-normalized data warehouse aggregates. • He/she will become a knowledge expert on APCD and claim-level based data and will enthusiastically share the knowledge with interested parties. *Responsibilities:* • Provide data profiling expertise to all data enrichment projects including but not limited to data warehouse creation, master data management, episodic treatment grouper, risk adjustment software, geocoding. • Use profiling results to define specifications for automated quality assurance processes and ongoing monitoring of data • Build specifications to create source-to-target transformation logic for CHIA(Center for Health Information and Analysis) data initiatives • Construct well-formed queries and procedures which take advantage of performance optimization; suggest new optimizations based on business needs • Perform quality assurance tasks to ensure accuracy of loading data to target and extracting data from target including but not limited to the validation of business rules and transformation procedures • Design and build high-quality reports related to data quality, data enhancement, and data standardization of CHIA enterprise data including but not limited to APCD and Case Mix data. • Use expertise to mentor junior analysts on data profiling and source-to-target mapping *Qualifications:* • Demonstrated ability to profile data, perform analysis, and define source-to-target mapping for large scale enterprise data warehouse • Minimum 5 years database analysis and/or programming experience; preferably with medical claims data • Strong knowledge of the principles of RDBMS and related data experience with SQL Server or DB2 or Oracle. • Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor, and fine tune queries for efficiency; produce stored procedures, preferably using health care cost and utilization data. • Demonstrated ability to identify and forecast problems, explores answers, make recommendations, and initiate and execute solutions. • Demonstrated ability to create, test, and deploy high-quality reports on data quality and standardization for users • Demonstrated ability to share knowledge/expertise with other team members • Experience designing and building data structures from granular normalized transaction level to de-normalized data warehouse aggregations. • Experience applying analytic skills and knowledge with health care cost and utilization data • Experience in data preparation: select, extract, and transforming data to create models • Ability to manage multiple projects with interdependencies. • Excellent interpersonal skills: verbal, written, and presentation; excellent documentation skills. *Please reply to hab...@addonusa.com <hab...@addonusa.com>* Thanks & Best Regards, *HABEEB* | Technical Recruiter *AddOn Technologies, Inc* Phone: 734-956-4737 Ext: 160 Email: *hab...@addonusa.com <hab...@addonusa.com>* Gtalk: *habeeb.ithr* Url: *www.addonusa.com <http://www.addonusa.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "International SAP Projects" group.
