This role has ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and manages customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring, and others aspects of a project. This role is generally assigned non-critical, standardized projects. *II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * *Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities * v Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder. v Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback. v Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives. v Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately. v Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals. v Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management. v Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view. v Work collaboratively with development staff and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between HCL and its stakeholders are precise.
