*Position:* Web Designer III (9+ Years) *Location:* Philadelphia, PA *Duration:* Long Term Contract *Job Description:* · Responsible for the design, development and creation of user-centered designs for Web sites · Responsibilities include human factors engineering, heuristic evaluations and usability testing for Web and client based applications as well as metrics setting and monitoring for assessing the usability of the Web application · Works to improve the usability, usefulness, and desirability of Web sites in collaboration with Graphic Designers, Product Managers, Engineering Staff and other Web Designers · Must be able to perform usability tests, provide design prototypes and provide ad hoc user interface consulting · Responsible for requirements gathering and articulation of user interface issues—including development of page/site prototypes · Must be knowledgeable of user-centered design methodology, user scenarios, usability testing, storyboarding, paper and interactive prototypes · Must have demonstrated skills in graphic applications, HTML development tools and other applicable authoring tools, Web production, front-end development using programming and scripting languages · Must be able to integrate design into program rules and system architecture and create innovative approaches to improving the end-user experience · Must be familiar with platform/browser compatibility and basic usability issues · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or other related field Or equivalent work experience · Typically has at least 5 years of combined IT and graphic design experience · Able to understand HTML and strong working knowledge of Web generators and photographic libraries · Possesses a portfolio of Web sites or solutions. *Required Skills:* · Minimum of 1-2 years with 5-8 years preferred in front-end development experience building accessible, cross-platform web sites and web applications - JavaScript, HTML, CSS - Ability to write JavaScript code without a framework - Experience with at least one JavaScript testing library (Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, Sinon, etc.) & test runner (Karma, Teaspoon, Web Component Tester, etc.) - Experience building web applications - Polymer is a plus *Additional Preferred Skills:* · Experience with or exposure to Web Components & Polymer · Knowledge of NPM & Gulp · Knowledge of source control systems (Git, Subversion) · Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Deployment tools (AntHill Pro, Jenkins, Travis CI) · Knowledge of Web Performance best practices · Experience with Analytics and Big Data (Omniture, Splunk) · Agile development experience · DevOps experience Thanks & Regards, Vikram | Technical Recruiter *Email: **vikra...@e-solutionsinc.com* <vikra...@e-solutionsinc.com> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "International SAP Projects" group.
