*Position:- SAP HR Consultant* *Location:- Exton PA * *Duration:- 8 months * *MOI:- Telephonic Hire Only* *Required Skills:* · Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience supporting and implementing SAP HR software applications in the modules listed below; including experience addressing service (break-fix), enhancement (new functionality), upgrades and project related requests. · Solid background in the following SAP HR Modules: Time Management, Travel Management, Benefits, Personnel Administration, Enterprise Compensation Management, Recruitment, HRIS, Organizational Management, LMS-LSO, and ESS/MSS Portal. · Ability to support, configure, establish master data, and map to business processes relative to these SAP HR sub-modules. · *Experience with SAP HR 5.0.* · Proven track record of delivering SAP solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirements definition, client facilitation skills and solution design. · Must be customer focused and able to understand the importance of stakeholders’ business objectives and drive the process towards achieving those objectives. · Strong relationship building skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel from technical to high level executive management, and influence key stakeholders in order to get things done; yet maintain a likeable presence. · Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively within cross functional teams to deliver complex projects. · Must possess a high level of commitment, flexibility, initiative and an ability to work with minimal direct supervision. · Must be a highly organized individual who possesses excellent attention to detail, and demonstrates strong skills for planning, coordination, teamwork, and communication. · Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. · Proficient in troubleshooting issues and providing customer support; must have excellent analytical, problem solving, · SAP Certification in specified module areas is a plus. · Bachelor’s degree is a must!
