*Title*: QA Program Manager

*SUMMARY:*

- Responsible for overseeing projects for Functional Automation,
Performance Test Automation and *Quality Center Upgrade to ALM.*

- Help manage project milestones, requirements, estimates, schedule and
track resource allocation, status, risks, issues and change controls.

- Successfully manage the implementation of the Quality Center Upgrade v10
to ALM.

- Drive the QC Upgrade project initiation to successful implementation.

- Must have strong people and planning skills to work with cross-functional
teams, leaders and peers to coordinate a successful migration schedule with
successful results.

- Planning, coordinating, implementing key projects according to the
specifications and deadlines, while keeping the projects within budget.

- Must be capable of quickly assessing resource capacity versus the project
demands.



*RESPONSIBILITIES:*

-Ability to develop a clear and detailed plan.

- Must have the skills to develop a step-by-step plan in order to ensure
that a program is feasible and stays on schedule with well-defined tasks
and to make sure the team stays on a timeline.

-Ability to drive estimates and project proposals as new project demands
come in the pipeline.

-Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think quickly and adeptly
about how to address problems as they come up and to learn from the issues
so that the same problems do not arise again.

-Clearly govern issues, risks and change controls and communicate
effectively to ensure road blocks are removed for successful project
delivery.

-Interpersonal skills dealing with clients, technology and business
leaders, staff and peers.

-Ability to dictate responsibilities and to support and encourage others.

-Ensure teams are working effectively by finding ways to motivate them and
earn their respect.

-Strong follow through skills with a constant eye on the deadlines and
dollars with an ability to ensure expectations are clear for everyone,
especially the project team.

-Extensive experience on how to monitor and track progress of deliverables
and understand the tasks on the critical path.

-Ensure timely communications to appropriate stakeholders at all levels.

-Understanding of how to hold people accountable to deliverables and
proactively identify any plan slippages.



*EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:*

-6+ years of leading technology projects and teams (experience in leading
test automation and/or quality assurance is preferred)

-Strong Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

-4+ years in MS Project Skills

-Experience in managing a software migration/upgrade project

-Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills including communication
and stakeholder management at all levels

-Craft a work plan (tasks and estimated effort) with input from the team
members on tasks that need to occur to meet the project objectives,
including the ability forecast resources to manage project effort demand

-Experience in project estimation and Work Breakdown Structure

-Monitor the activities of the team to ensure that tasks are being
completed on schedule, within budget and with high quality

-Establish and set team priorities of work efforts (working with leadership
when applicable) when change requests or other deviations from the work
plan arise

-Identify and manage issues/risks throughout the project lifecycle, and
escalate to leadership attention, including schedule or work estimates
changes

-Communicate effectively status in a timely manner

-Ensure project deliverables are in compliance with financial client's
standards, including appropriate project documentation archival and
sign-off as required by corporate standards

-Collaborate with the cross functional application teams including project
managers and leaders to clearly understand requirements and develop project
proposal, QC upgrade schedule and stakeholder prioritization

-Coordinate the prioritization of the requested enhancements for QC Upgrade
to ALM and develop a scope document

-Ensure proper environment, equipment and software is adequate for QC
Upgrade initiative

-Ability to hold people accountable through appropriate tracking mechanisms

-Ability to influence others in a positive manner

-Understanding of ALM Architecture components such as templates
