Looking for someone that can come in and help the client get ahead of the curve with creating and developing reports. Purpose: To contribute to a multiyear Human Resources initiative that will transform the HR operating model, processes, and technology by integrating data in Workday Big Data Analytics solution and creating custom Workday reports. *Key Duties & Responsibilities*:* • Create custom objects and fields to enable new analytics in Big Data Analytics. • Analyze data in Workday Big Data Analytics for accurate use in report writing. • Send data from Big Data Analytics to custom objects and fields in Workday. • Design, develop, and test Workday custom reports per provided requirements. • Schedule Workday standard and custom reports. • Create and document reporting standards and best practices. • Educate and train less experienced team members. • Collaborate with appropriate individuals to ensure the reports meet end users’ needs Not an exhaustive list of all duties to be performed in the role.
