*Job Description* :

Long-term, on-going contact with a Major Financial Services Company in
Malvern, PA

Title: Workday Reporting Specialist

Looking for someone that knows Workday Analytics. Looking for someone that
can come in and help the client get ahead of the curve with creating and
developing reports.



Purpose: To contribute to a multiyear Human Resources initiative that will
transform the HR operating model, processes, and technology by integrating
data in Workday Big Data Analytics solution and creating custom Workday
reports.



*Key Duties & Responsibilities*:*



• Create custom objects and fields to enable new analytics in Big Data
Analytics.

• Analyze data in Workday Big Data Analytics for accurate use in report
writing.

• Send data from Big Data Analytics to custom objects and fields in Workday.

• Design, develop, and test Workday custom reports per provided
requirements.

• Schedule Workday standard and custom reports.

• Create and document reporting standards and best practices.

• Educate and train less experienced team members.

• Collaborate with appropriate individuals to ensure the reports meet end
users’ needs Not an exhaustive list of all duties to be performed in the
role.



Key Working Relationships: HR Reporting Team, Project Lead, HR Technology
Specialists, Workday and Big Data Analytics consultants, System Acceptance
Test and Client Acceptance Test teams.



*Qualifications: Key Skills and Knowledge**:*



• Understanding of HR data, processes and reporting

• Knowledge of Workday business objects and data sets

• Ability to build custom Workday reports

• Understanding of statistical and relational databases

• Strong oral and written communication skills Work Experience:

• Minimum of three years of HR data and reporting experience – preferred

• Experience with Workday Report Writer - MUST HAVE

• Experience with Workday Report Designer (BIRT) preferred

• Experience with Workday Big Data Analytics preferred

• Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS – HCM preferredEducation/Certifications

:• Undergraduate degree or the equivalent combination of training and work
experience

• Workday Human Capital Management Certification preferred
