JOB DESCRIPTION


1.      Program Manager Responsibility

·         The candidate should have Enterprise CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM
) implementation experience using Agile methodology using tools one ITVSO
is Mandatory

·         The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication,
technical, and problem solving skills, as well as proven business
consulting and project management experience.

·         Project Management Responsibilities

·         CRM Project Managers are responsible for process definition and
management oversight of medium and large sized CRM projects. Projects
generally run 3–9 months in duration.

·         Determine Project needs and business resources required to
execute CRM projects.

·         Work with Client Executive Project Sponsors to clarify and define
strategy & objectives, scope and CRM business requirements.

·         Define success CRM Project criteria for projects.

·         Manage project scope, drive resolution and keep project on
schedule.

·         Develop and track project action items and issues. Document all
necessary items as needed.

·         Identify and communicate risks and responses to mitigate project
risk.

·         responsible for the coordination and creation of project
documentation and project processes.

·         Work with CRM client team to develop appropriate testing plans to
ensure user acceptance, data quality, and system integrity.

·         Coordinate the development of training materials, user manuals
and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and
turnover of the process or system to the business owners and users.



Business Analysis Responsibilities

·         The Business Analyst will drive the conversation in regards to
defining the specific requirements and design for the CRM solution.

·         Facilitate requirements definition meetings with customers.

·         Needs to be able to quickly understand the business issues and
challenges of the client's organization and industry.

·         Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes
and recommendations related to proposed solution.

·         Develop functional specifications and system design
specifications.

·         Work with customers/prospects to identify key business issues and
their priorities.



CRM Implementation Responsibilities

·         Be hands on to drive the technical aspects of the project.

·         Software Installation – Install the CRM software suites of MS CRM
and Power Trak in clients' environment.

·         IT Requirements Evaluation – Be able to determine and evaluate
the appropriate IT environment for clients based on the requirements of the
CRM applications software.

·         Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes
and recommendations related to proposed solution.

·         Application Customization and Configuration – Make base level
application configuration and customization in the MS CRM application and
Powertrak Toolkit environments.



2.       JD for Devlead



·         Expertise in developing solutions with Microsoft CRM Dynamics
& .Net technologies.

·         Experience in providing technical design and migration activities
for CRM projects.

·         Extensively worked on Dynamics CRM 2011, Dynamics CRM 2013 and
have exposure on CRM 2016.

·         Worked as Senior Technical Consultant and handled multiple CRM
projects both from offshore and onsite.

·         Worked closely with Business and provided technical solutions for
some of the Microsoft projects.

·         7 to 10 years of experience on CRM Technical(CRM 2011/CRM
2013/.Net(ASP.Net, C#.net)/SQLServer/SSRS)

·         Should have working knowledge in WCF, JQuery, HTML 5, CRM Online,
CRM 2013 Migration (optional)

·         Strong Knowledge of CRM Technical areas like writing Plug-ins,
custom workflows, JavaScript, JQuery.

·          Experience on Microsoft SQL server 2005/2008 and should have
knowledge in developing complex SSRS based reports for CRM

·         Knowledge on Email router(configuration and troubleshooting)

·         Should have good knowledge in integrating CRM with other systems
like Oracle ERP, Legacy systems and external Websites.
·         Strong Communication skills
