Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. *Responsibilities:* IT Project Mgmt: Responsible for managing multiple teams that will design and deploy an MPLS environment whose goal is to transform our substation environments from TDM to IP. The candidate will need to ensure tight communications with both our substation engineering teams as well as our IT Infrastructure organizations. Prepares business case. Creates and executes project work plans. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Enforces our IT project standards, minimizes exposure and risk on projects, and ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. Manages project budget. Reviews and monitors charges to the project and follows up on discrepancies.
