*Job Description: The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS)
seeks to appoint a consultant to serve as Change Management Analyst for the
Computerized Maintenance Management System (“CMMS”) Project within the
Asset Management Line of Service, the team of individuals responsible for
implementing the Agency’s CMMS.*
As part of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Project
Team, the Change Management Analyst will have primary responsibility for
driving organizational change, communication, training and developing user
tools in preparation for the CMMS implementation in Building Asset
Management organizations.
The Change Management Analyst’s responsibilities will also include:
• Work with engineering, custodial staff to understand business
operations, identify operational needs and develop solutions drive
organizational change
• Conduct stakeholder and operational impact analysis
• Design, develop and deliver training
• Assist in the development and implementation of Organizational
Change Management Plan
• Create tools such as job aids, data collection templates, cheat
sheets and operational policies and procedures
• Interact and support engineering and custodial staff to ensure
successful user adoption of new system
• Assist in user acceptance testing; document findings, escalate
operational and system issues
• Develop communication strategies/tools to support successful
organizational change and work on special projects as needed
*Mandatory Skill/Expertise*
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and four years of
professional experience.
Candidate should possess prior training development/delivery,
organizational development and organizational restructuring experience
Candidate should have at least four years of experience in conducting large
scale software projects.
*THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS DESIRABLE:*
Preference will be given to the candidate who has prior experience in
building facilities asset management, building facilities Computerized
Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Access.
