Experience leading a team in training development and execution. Higher Ed experience is a plus. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage training initiatives, including leading the team members assigned. Experience in previous Training Lead role leading on a major software implementation project. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, peers, executive leadership, customers, vendors, technical team members and others. Demonstrated expertise of building consensus across diverse business groups and leaders, and influencing successful outcomes. Strategic thinking with ability to combine broad business, technical and political factors.
